Bases:
1. The duration of the competition is from the time of publication of these rules until October 31st.
2. Conditions for participation:
a) Be over 18 years.
c) The obscene, violent, erotic and not appropiated photos will be banned. GHT Hotels reserves the right to delete any photography with these qualities, as well as to expel the responsible fan of the competition.
d) The photo presented in the competition must be taken by customers who have stayed on some
establishment of GHT Hotels (Hotel Balmes, Hotel Maritim, Hotel Oasis Park, Hotel Aquarium, Hotel Oasis
Tossa, Hotel Neptuno, Hotel Costa Brava, S'Agaró Mar Hotel or Hotel Xaloc) and must be related to their
vacation. Any unrelated photo will be removed automatically.
3. Mechanics of competition:
a) Among all participants, will automatically win the 3 first pictures with more votes "I like". In order of highest to lowest votes, six participants will be chosen as reserves.
b) The result of the contest will be announced on http://www.facebook.com/ghthotels page as well as in our Official Blog http://blog.ghthotels.com and our Twitter page http://www.twitter.com/ghthotels on November 1st 2010. The result will be announced to the winner through a private mail to his/her mailbox on Facebook the day of publication.
c) This coupon is only applicable during 2011 season and never between the dates of 07/17/1911 until 31/08/1911.
e) If we are unable to contact to the winner, the contest will proceed to contact the reserves in order of votes (highest to lowest).
g) Each photograph can be voted only once for each person.
h) No photographs may be repeated.
i) All the winners must proof that they have been in one of our establishments by the bill or by the reservation name and an official ID. Otherwise, the participate will be eliminated and we will proceed to the reserves.
4. Prize
a) The award does not include the displacement of the winner at the selected hotel facilities.
b) In case the winner will not accept the prize, this can not be changed by any other or any cash value, hence the person holding the first reserve status will be automatically graceful, and so on.
c) Before presenting the award, the identity of the winner will be made through any official documentation: ID Card or Passport.
d) Prior to awarding the prize, the winner will sign and will reach a document to GHT Hotels containning the acceptance of the award and reception of same line, which will mean that the winner will have no claim or demand to GHT Hotels.
e) Acceptance of prize by winner involves selling the image rights to advertising purposes by GHT Hotels.
f) If we can't contact to the winner nor the reserves in accordance with previous data, if the prize is not accepted or if they had failed to these bases, GHT Hotels reserves the right to declare the winner in blank.
g) The prizes are:
- 1st Prize: 1 week (7 nights) to two persons (one double room) on Half Board in any of our hotels.
- 2nd Prize: 4 days (4 nights) for two persons (1 double room) on Half Board in any of our hotels.
- 3rd Prize: 2 days (2 nights) for two persons (1 double room) on Half Board in any of our hotels.
h) These prizes can be enjoyed in the 2011 season, except from 07/17/1911 to 08/20/1911.
5. The participants accept that, according to the Organic Law 1 / 1982 of May 5, civil protection the right to honor, privacy and personal family, and the image itself, have authorization of the persons appearing in
photographs for submission to this contest (First Photo Contest GHT Hotels) and GHT to use his image.
6. GHT reserve the right to cancel or suspend contest or change any condition, when for reasons beyond his control is unable to meet its normal development as set out in these bases, and the participants will receive no compensation.
7. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules and knowledge of mechanics of the contest.
8. In the event that there are errors in the data provided by the winner, so that is not possible the identification, GHT Hotels is exempt from any responsibility.
